“Let me start off by saying Sims Strong is amazing. When my husband Adam Coldiron found out he had Stage 4 Cancer they wanted to have the benefit fir him and our family because our lives were turned upside down. Every member of Sims Strong works so hard and is so loving and caring. The benefit helped our family so much as Adam could not work anymore. There is no way I could ever thank them enough. But their love and kindness did not stop there. When they learned of Adams passing they bought dinner for my family and I. I could go on and on about how amazing they are. “Sims Strong Foundation has made a difference in my life simply by restoring my faith in humanity.
As a long time participant with the cook off since its inception and being the first recipient outside the family to receive help from the organization, they have shown me that a community can come together in the name of the lord just out of the kindness of their hearts.
They have never asked for anything in other we pass on the love they have shown. The love they have shown and the help they gave me was genuine, pure and was felt by my entire family. I will never be able to repay the love and compassion they have given me and my family.
